I create hand-cut rubber stamps for personal use and for outreach events by environmental not-for profit groups, businesses, schools and agencies. I also design and assemble laser-etched stamps with art and text/logos to order.
My rubber stamps are quite popular at outreach events for watershed enhancement organizations. I also have made some for the United States Geological Survey's Volcano Hazards Program to engage the public in learning about (you guessed it) volcanic hazards.
Hand-cut stamps may be copies of pieces in my catalog or new subjects made to order. New artwork cost a little more. The rubber is mounted on hardwood blocks with foam to ensure a good impression. Laser-etched stamps may incorporate text, your organization's logo, artwork or any combination you like. They cost more but are made of extremely durable rubber mounted on foam and hardwood blocks similar to the hand-cut stamps. Details on stamp construction can be found at this blog post. |
